Acceptance
By inviting Lurea to a Discord server or using Lurea’s commands and features, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use Lurea and remove the bot from your server.

Using Lurea
Lurea provides Discord server tools including:
Tickets Welcome Cards Reaction Roles Giveaways Birthday Cards Invite Tracking Server Health and community analytics Rules Verification XP, leaderboards, and engagement features Top.gg vote bonuses where enabled Vote Pass (optional Top.gg vote-based unlocks) Server setup flows You may use Lurea only:
In compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policy For lawful purposes In a way that does not harm other users, servers, or the Lurea service
Active development
Lurea is in active development. Features may change, be improved, paused, or removed over time.
We aim to communicate significant changes where possible but cannot guarantee advance notice for all adjustments.
Vote Pass
Lurea may offer optional Vote Pass unlocks based on active Top.gg votes from eligible server staff.
Vote Pass is based on Top.gg voting and is not a paid subscription. Eligible staff may include the server owner, administrators, or members with the Manage Server permission.
Vote Pass may unlock optional customization or capacity features, such as additional reaction role panel capacity or server-icon welcome background access after a trial.
Core features remain usable without Vote Pass. Vote Pass availability may depend on Top.gg, Discord, and Lurea’s ability to verify active votes.
Server owner responsibilities
If you are a server owner or administrator who adds Lurea, you are responsible for:
Informing your members about Lurea’s features and data practices (see Privacy Policy) Configuring Lurea appropriately for your server Choosing appropriate channels for events, reports, tickets, and welcome messages Ensuring community members are informed about activity analytics where required by applicable rules or norms Not enabling activity tracking in channels where it would be inappropriate (for example, private support or counseling channels) Moderating how features are used in your community Having authority to add bots and grant the permissions Lurea requests Lurea processes data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide features you enable.
Bot permissions
Lurea may request Discord permissions needed for its features (for example, reading messages for activity metadata, managing channels for tickets, or sending messages for welcome cards).
Grant only permissions you are comfortable with. Some features may not work without certain permissions.
You can review and change bot permissions in your server settings at any time.
User-submitted and admin-configured content
Lurea features may involve content that server owners, administrators, or members submit, configure, link, embed, or reference. This includes, for example, clip and video submissions, custom background image URLs, welcome and rules embed text, ticket panel and form settings, giveaway text, cross-server event descriptions, feedback messages, and similar inputs.
Your responsibility. If you submit, configure, or enable such content, you are responsible for it. Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Lurea is configured in their server and for content posted through Lurea-enabled features in their community, subject to Discord’s own terms and their server’s rules.
What Lurea stores. Lurea generally stores only what is needed to operate features — for example, configuration text, URLs you provide, Discord identifiers, message IDs used as references, participation metadata, and similar records. Lurea does not host a general-purpose file storage service.
Where content actually lives. Media files, messages, ticket channel posts, feedback embeds, welcome posts, and most user-visible content remain on Discord or on third-party hosts linked by URLs you configure (for example, a custom background image URL). Details are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion.
Lurea does not proactively review all content submitted or configured through the bot.
Acceptable use
Users and server owners may not:
Use Lurea to harass, shame, target, or humiliate server members based on activity levels, rankings, or retention labels Use Lurea’s activity insights, retention data, or rankings for employment, housing, insurance, credit, or similar eligibility decisions Use activity insights, rankings, or retention labels to: publicly shame or humiliate members pressure members based on activity levels discriminate against members require minimum activity as a condition of server membership without clear disclosure to members Use analytics or leaderboard features to publicly pressure or demean members for low activity Use Lurea to spam, harass, or violate others’ rights Attempt to exploit, spam, abuse, reverse engineer, attack, or overload Lurea or its infrastructure Use Lurea to collect data beyond what the bot provides through normal features Circumvent rate limits, privacy controls, or permission restrictions Use Lurea in violation of applicable law or Discord’s Terms of Service Submit, link, embed, or configure infringing, illegal, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized content (see Intellectual property and Abuse reporting and notice / takedown below) We may restrict, suspend, or remove access to Lurea for abuse or misuse, with or without notice, as reasonably necessary.
Analytics disclaimer
Lurea provides activity estimates and community insights based on observed activity metadata. These may not be complete or accurate.
Server owners and administrators should treat Lurea insights as one input among many, not as definitive assessments of individual members.
Availability / no uptime guarantee
Lurea is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that any feature will always be available. Outages, maintenance, Discord API changes, database limits, hosting issues, or bugs may affect the service.
Feature changes
Lurea is actively developed. We may add, change, limit, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual property
Lurea’s rights
Lurea, its name, branding, and underlying code are the property of Didem Sahin unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, replicate, or redistribute Lurea’s code or branding without permission.
Your content and third-party rights
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit, configure, link, embed, or reference any content you provide through Lurea, and that doing so does not infringe or misappropriate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
You may not use Lurea to submit, link, embed, configure, or reference material that is infringing, unlawfully obtained, unauthorized, or otherwise contrary to applicable law or these Terms.
Lurea does not claim ownership over content you or your community submit or configure. To operate the service, you grant Lurea a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to process, store, display, transmit, and reference that content only as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the features you use — including storing configuration text, URLs, reference IDs, and related metadata described in the Privacy Policy.
Lurea does not provide legal clearance for user or admin content and does not guarantee that any submission or configuration is lawful or non-infringing.
Abuse reporting and notice / takedown
If you believe content submitted, linked, embedded, or referenced through Lurea is allegedly illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms, you may report it to us.
How to report. Send a report to didemsahin2468@gmail.com with enough detail for us to locate the issue, such as:
The Discord server (guild) ID and name, if known The feature involved (for example, clip event, ticket, giveaway, custom background URL, cross-server event) A description of the concern Relevant Discord message links or message IDs, where available Your contact information and, for copyright-related reports, information supporting your claim
What we may do. Reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may take action we consider appropriate, which can include restricting or disabling specific features, removing or disabling Lurea-held references or metadata, requesting that a server owner or administrator take action, or suspending Lurea access for a server or user. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, response time, or that all reported content will be removed.
Limits. Lurea does not proactively scan, monitor, or moderate all user or admin content. We are not responsible for content hosted on Discord or third-party services outside Lurea’s direct control (see Discord-hosted content below).
Content moderation and enforcement
Lurea may disable, restrict, or temporarily suspend specific features, stored references, configuration, or server access if we reasonably believe content or use violates applicable law, Discord’s terms or policies, or these Terms.
Enforcement is handled case by case. We do not guarantee instant removal, permanent removal, or continuous monitoring. Repeated or serious violations may result in broader restrictions, including blocking Lurea from a server.
Server owners and administrators remain responsible for moderation within their Discord communities and for Discord-side content that Lurea does not control.
Discord-hosted content
Much content visible through Lurea — including messages, ticket channel posts, clip and video attachments, feedback embeds, welcome posts, rules messages, and giveaway-related messages — is hosted and controlled by Discord (or by third parties when you link external URLs).
Lurea cannot delete, modify, or control Discord-hosted content on your behalf. Removing Lurea from a server or requesting deletion of Lurea-held data does not automatically delete content already posted in Discord channels. See Data Deletion for what Lurea deletes from its own systems.
If you want Discord-side content removed, you or your server administrators must use Discord’s tools, your server’s moderation practices, or applicable Discord or third-party processes.
Limitation of liability
Lurea is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis (see Availability / no uptime guarantee). We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, availability, data preservation, or error-free operation. This does not override mandatory liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Unlimited liability. Lurea and its operator remain fully liable without limitation for damages caused by intent (willful misconduct), gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Ordinary negligence — essential contractual obligations. Where Lurea is liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) due to ordinary negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of free service.
Otherwise. Liability for ordinary negligence for non-essential obligations may be excluded to the extent legally permitted.
Lurea and its operator are not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Lurea is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or community activity resulting from use or inability to use the service.
Lurea is not responsible for decisions made by server owners or administrators based on Lurea insights, or for community outcomes resulting from use of Lurea features.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination
Server owners may remove Lurea from a server at any time.
We reserve the right to block or remove Lurea’s access to a server if these Terms are violated or if Lurea is used in a harmful or abusive manner.
Removing the bot triggers automatic deletion of most operational server data as described in Data Deletion. Some limited records may be retained.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
Material changes will be announced through a reasonable available communication channel before they take effect, where reasonably practicable. The notice will state the planned effective date. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may stop using Lurea and remove the bot from your server before the effective date.
Continued use of Lurea after the effective date may be treated as use under the updated Terms only to the extent legally permitted.
For urgent changes — including legal, security, abuse-prevention, or platform-required changes (for example, changes required by Discord) — shorter or immediate notice may apply where reasonably necessary.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence.
